Seal Strength Standards

Bubble mailers use two seal types:

Peel-and-seal (self-seal) — the default for e-commerce; the release liner peels cleanly and the adhesive bonds instantly
Heat-seal — permanent closure for high-security or tamper-evident shipments

No residue transfer — liner removal must not leave adhesive residue on hands or contents
