EnvelopeDock was founded in 2010 in Guangdong Province — the heart of China’s manufacturing industry. What began as a small workshop with two envelope-folding machines and a commitment to quality has grown into a dedicated envelope manufacturing facility serving businesses across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
Unlike general commercial printers that treat envelopes as one product among hundreds, we made a deliberate choice early on: envelopes only. This focus means every machine, every process, and every quality check is optimized for envelope production. It’s a narrower path, but it produces better results — more consistent quality, faster turnaround, and deeper expertise than any generalist can offer.
Our 5,000 sqm facility in Guangdong is purpose-built for envelope manufacturing. Every step — from paper cutting to folding, window patching, printing, and packing — happens under one roof, ensuring quality control at every stage.
We operate fully automated envelope-folding machines capable of producing both gummed and Peel & Seal envelopes at high speed. Our offset printing presses handle one-color through full-color CMYK jobs, with inline QC systems that monitor print registration and color consistency throughout each production run. A dedicated die-cutting station produces custom windows and non-standard envelope shapes.
We maintain relationships with major paper mills in China and internationally, giving us access to a wide range of stocks — from standard 24lb white wove to specialty Tyvek®, kraft, recycled, FSC-certified, and colored papers. For custom orders requiring specific paper, we source to your specification.

The envelope industry in China is dominated by two types of suppliers: giant packaging conglomerates where envelopes are one SKU among thousands, and small print shops that make envelopes as a side business. We sit in the space between — large enough to have automated production lines and ISO certification, small enough that every client matters to us. Envelopes are not part of what we do. They are all we do.
