Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the EnvelopeDock website and our envelope manufacturing services.

1. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and deposit. Final specifications, pricing and lead times are stated on each quotation.

2. Custom Manufacturing

Custom products are manufactured to the approved proof. Production tolerances follow standard envelope manufacturing industry practice (±1 mm on dimensions).

3. Intellectual Property

Customer-supplied artwork remains the customer’s property. We use artwork solely for production of your order.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of China and the applicable international trade conventions.
