Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs for custom printed envelopes in standard sizes. Custom sizes that need a new cutting die start at 2,000 pcs, and specialty finishes such as foil stamping or embossing start at 500 pcs. Trial quantities are available for first-time clients, and trade accounts may qualify for lower minimums.
The essentials are envelope size (or your flat dimensions), paper type and weight in gsm, printing (number of colours and how many design variants), closure type, window, finishing and quantity in pcs. If you already have artwork, send it in AI, PDF, EPS, CDR or PSD — CMYK, 300 DPI minimum — and tell us anything specific about window position or inside printing.
We review every specification by hand and reply within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). If some details are still open, leave them blank — we make recommendations together with the quote, so you can compare options before deciding.
Yes. Paper swatch sets are free and ship in 2–3 business days; blank envelope samples carry a small charge that covers shipping; printed production samples show your exact design on your chosen stock. Sample costs are normally credited toward your production order, and physical samples are sent by express courier.
Orders are confirmed on written acceptance and deposit, and every quotation states the exact payment terms, payment schedule, validity and lead time for your job. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Export orders normally follow a deposit-and-balance structure — the split that applies to your order is stated in writing on the quotation, so there are no surprises at shipment.
Shipping is quoted by weight and volume, so lighter paper and flatter packing ship more economically. We ship to 30+ countries and handle freight coordination, customs documentation and tracking. Express courier, air freight and sea freight are all available depending on your deadline, and transit time is stated with your quote.
Yes. Custom sizes and custom window shapes need a cutting die, which we manufacture in-house, so the minimum is 2,000 pcs and production runs 10–20 business days including die creation. We run a pre-production sample for your approval before the full run starts.
Yes. Trade accounts receive volume-tiered terms, priority production scheduling and a dedicated account manager, with no membership fee and no minimum commitment. Qualified trade accounts can get lower minimums — down to 500 pcs for custom print and 1,000 pcs for a custom die — and blind shipping is available if you resell to your own clients.
