We recommend sample confirmation before bulk production. Samples are chargeable (typically $10–$50 depending on size and printing), but sample costs are credited toward your production order in most cases.
Types of Samples
1. Paper Samples (free swatch set)
- Physical swatches of our paper stocks (white wove, smooth, kraft, recycled, Tyvek®)
- Free of charge
- Ships in 2–3 business days
2. Blank Envelope Samples
- Actual envelopes in your chosen size and paper, unprinted
- Small charge (covers shipping)
- Verify size, paper feel, and construction
3. Production Samples (printed)
- Your exact design printed on your chosen envelope
- Recommended before large orders
- Charge varies by printing method; credited toward your order
How the Credit Works
- Sample cost is deducted from your first production order (e.g., $30 sample → $30 off your invoice)
- If you don’t proceed with production, the sample cost is non-refundable (you keep the samples)
- Paper swatches are always free
